Sadly, you link produces this:

The issue is most likely with the web site, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the web site’s administrator about the problem.”
The problem is my domain registrar automatically places its own security certificate, and it conflicts with Vivaldi’s. You cannot have two certificates. There is security overload! I am working on it…
